Spain: Barcelona 2011

In 2011, a cultural journey in Spain offered an opportunity to explore the monuments and iconic sites of Barcelona, with a special focus on the works of architect Antoni Gaudí. This trip emphasized Gaudí’s unique architecture, which left a distinctive mark on the city.

The visits included sites such as the Basilica of the Sagrada Familia, Gaudí’s unfinished masterpiece and a symbol of Barcelona, as well as Park Güell, where the mosaics and organic forms reflect the architect's characteristic style. Casa Batlló and Casa Milà (La Pedrera) were also key stops, showcasing Gaudí’s innovation and creativity in residential architecture.

In addition to Gaudí’s works, the trip included an excursion to Montserrat, an important religious and natural site in Catalonia, offering a complementary perspective to the visit of Barcelona.
